I want to tell you that I am the moderator of two talks that have to do with the central objectives of our Latin American March, and from which many others derive, such as the renunciation of war as a means of conflict resolution, total nuclear disarmament and reduction of conventional arms and the arms race, and also the progressive demilitarization of countries, ending with military bases in foreign territories. All for the sake of achieving a non-violent world in which differences are resolved through diplomatic and legal channels.
