On April 3nder day and end of this Latin American March for Nonviolence In its traditional version in a physical way, like the previous days, it was full of challenges, adventures and learning. Most of the Base Team stayed at the recreational facilities of the UNDECA (Union of employees of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund) who kindly gave us their support and sponsorship for this purpose.
On September 30 at 7:00 am, the Base Team of the In-Person March (EBMP) of the March, arrives at the announced departure address, in Heredia, however, when no new dealer arrives and taking into account the Weather forecast for the afternoon, it was decided to advance by vehicle to the San José Center in order to reach Ochomogo on time before the rain was present.
So it was symbolically decided that the March would leave the Plaza de la Democracia y de la Abolición del Army, located in the capital of Costa Rica. At this point, Mr. Carlos Garbanzo, a member of the Buen Vivir Community, joins the March.
It should be noted that next to this park is the National Museum, whose building was formerly the Headquarters. In Costa Rica all the military barracks, structurally rescued, were converted into Museums.
