Communication on the Udine Telethon

Report on the participation of the World March in the Telethon Udine, through ANPI de Udine.

On Sunday 1 of December at 15.00 hours, the 21ª edition of the Telethon of 24 hours to 1 hour relay, which had begun on Saturday 30 of November at 15.00 hours.

Some significant data:

  • Number of teams: 630 (the maximum that can be managed)
  • Number of runners: 630 x 24 = 15.120

For the first time, the team from the ANPI Section of Udine participated, which carries out the values ​​of the "World March for Peace and Non-Violence".

The ANPI Team ranked 66 for a total of 630

The ANPI relay team covered 135 laps for a total of 277.811 km, occupying the 66 position of a total of 630.

Congratulations to the runners who with their tenacity have allowed with the Telethon to get the sum of 277.811 x 5 = 1.389 €, delivered by the partners.

A beautiful solidarity event in favor of research on rare genetic diseases, research that, unfortunately, does not interest large pharmaceutical laboratories too much.
