Logbook, November 6

Walking for peace on the ship is very different from walking on a path. Through bad weather we will pass east of Sardinia

November 6th - Change of crew before departure. Lorenza, Andrea and Alessandro go down and Rosa and Cristiano go up.

Together with Giacomo, Alessio, Marco, Giampietro and Massimo form an excellent crew, which is needed to face three days of rough sea.

Walk for peace On the boat it is very different to walk on a path. The sea and wind conditions dictate the times and the rules. The first rule is that of security.

The weather report lasts a long time. The forecasts are not good and we must find a route that allows us not to endanger the ship and the crew.

In the end the decision: let's move east of Sardinia, extend the trip but protect the navigation protected by the island from the southwest winds.

Those who get off are a bit sad, but we will meet again in Palermo or Livorno for the last stages.

Bamboo seizes the sea, the peace flag aft increasingly worn by the wind. Those who remain on land stay to observe how it leaves the port. Good wind!
