The September 21 celebrates World Cleaning Day

157 countries and more than 18 millions of volunteers have already joined this activity.

It seeks to achieve a very ambitious goal, to clean the common house, the planet.

The background of this day must be sought in the small country of Estonia.

In 2008 its inhabitants decided to take in their hands the cleanliness of "their home", their country.

It took 5 hours to clean it and all of Estonia was litter-free.

This action served for many others to reflect, and what would happen if the whole world imitated them? Thus the movement arose Let's Do ItWorld (LDIW), organization in charge so that every year the global cleaning is carried out.
