Closing of “Days for the Rights of the Child”

At the end of the "Days for the Rights of the Child", a Ginkgo biloba was planted in Fiumicello Villa Vicentina, Italy.

This morning in Fiumicello Villa Vicentina the "Days for the Rights of the Child" organized by the Youth Government have concluded.

The theme of this year's event was "SAVE THE PLANET" and throughout the week school workshops were held on the environment, to understand the phenomena and educate to live sustainably, respecting the environment and all living beings.

With the presence of the Mayor Laura Sgubin and the President of the Council Giovanni Alessia Raciti, the "Ginkgo biloba" was planted, born from the seed of a plant that survived the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and offered by the Association "World without war and without violence."

During the planting ceremony, the Minister of Culture Eva Sfiligoi, the representatives of "World without wars and without violence" Davide Bertok and Alessandro Capuzzo, the Mayor Alessia Raciti and the members of the Youth Government, the Coordinator Rita Dijust and the students from the first classes of the Secondary School of Fiumicello Villa Vicentina, and those responsible for the “NOplanetB” Group, who animated the workshops.
